Commercial Booth Information & Booth Forms

2010    INFORMATION

Commercial Booth Space is still available.  All spaces are 10 x 10 and are provided a 15 amp electrical connection.  This year’s cost is $350.00 per space.  A maximum of 3 spaces may be purchased. Only 1 franchisee is allowed to participate.  You must also provide Johnson County Old Settler’s Association with a $1,000,000 general liability policy for your organization.  If you do not have such insurance, you may purchase it from our Insurance carrier for $81.62 for the event.  All spaces are located on the lawn area or the streets of Cherry & Park in downtown Olathe.  This event draws an average of 200,000 people in the three days of festivities.
