Complete Digital Forms: Fill in your personal and business information on our digital forms.


Submit the Form: Once completed, simply hit the “Submit” button. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.


Download and Mail Paper Application: Click the “Download Application”. These will need to be emailed to the appropriate committee or mailed into our office. 


Stay Updated: Check back for any updates or deadlines regarding the application process. We update our site regularly so you can always access the most current information.

Arts & Crafts Vendors:  At least 95% of what you are selling are items that you hand-crafted yourself (this does not include homemade cookies, etc, - those would fall under Food Vendors). 


Commercial Vendors: You are selling items that you purchased wholesale (or other) and are now re-selling and/or you are a commercial business/organization using the space to market your company/organization.


Food Vendors: You are selling food and are registered as a 501(c)3 entity in Johnson County.

 Q: What types of applications are available?
A: We accept applications for Arts & Crafts Booths, Auto Show entries, Commercial Booths, Food Booths, Parade participation and Sponsorship.


Q: Which application do I use?

A: If at least 95% of what you are selling are items that you hand-crafted yourself (this does not include homemade cookies, etc, - those would fall under Food Vendors), you should complete an Arts & Crafts application. 

If you are selling items that you purchased wholesale (or other) and are now re-selling and/or you are a commercial business/organization using the space to market your company/organization, you should complete a Commercial application.

If you you are selling food and are registered as a 501(c)3 entity in Johnson County, you should complete a Food application.


Q: Where is the event held?
A: Johnson County Old Settlers takes place in downtown Olathe, KS 66061.


Q: How will I know if my application is accepted?
A: Once your application is reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email with further instructions including payment instructions.
